It took them a month to put it together and the day it is released the country is in a turmoil. Can these guys do no right....I too thought it was interesting the wording/options available for interested parties to take a postion.

I guess no one came knocking when Santos turned it down. I wonder how much of the CR from last year has been spent already on the drilling crew and CIG flunkies for doing nothing over the past 4 months.
