Tino won't do that deal at even money. I'm slightly annoyed it doesnt have what Avery are paying, but I suspect it's somewhere betweem 2:1 and 3:1 ... probably the latter because thats what Beach paid in their recent farmins to Stuart in that area.

It's actually the second deal Stuart have done with North Amercians - they cut a deal with Tri-C over some dirt of Tri-Cs in the Cooper.
