    having another JV partner in my view just complicates the drilling prospect of it being this year. It would have been very nice if a chinese JV partner came in and bought all other partners out, decisions are made alot easier and with less red tape with fewer partners.

    The reason I got out of CTP because too many partners = too many headaches...

    What CTP needs is to move forward not more partners...

    This announcement did not warrant a TH...
