As a 3rd generation farmer in central nsw i can assure you that currently things are very bad atm. The last thing we look for are handout but things are pretty tough, maybe the toughest we have ever seen and many will most likely see many lose everything without some help. In the last 6 or so months witnessed my father go from a bubbly, happy, carefree person to someone on edge of a breakdown now on antidepressants and sleeping tablets, saying hes worked hard all his life and now 72 owes more money then ever.
