The vote had Muse with very little numbers, I would find it hard to believe he would not be aware of his position for some time, contrary to the Range line.

Fact is AOC has the data, people and equipment ready to go.

Also the political landscape with the Islamists has changed dramatically in recent times and revenue for Puntland is more vital now than ever.

Has Farole got another consortium ready to drill or will a deal get done with Range and AOC??

Don't count it off too soon, I suspect the election outcome would have been known considering Muse had little support and hence Range either must have known the potential outcome or were completely ignorant
