What has come to mind is that someone here mentioned Seven Group as a possible partner for FAR in terms of financing given RN's connections and their involvement with Beach (where RN was MD). Interestingly Don Voelte who was MD at WPL for many years and during the HDR/Mauritania adventure now heads up Seven Group.
Its a possibility. So long as the end result is NOTHING like Nexus!!
