Their 36c (base case) valuation is based on Brent Crude @ US$91 and it includes 11c per share for Kenya.
Aussie has fallen from .85 to .70 so thats a positive (?). And quantity of oil looks very promising.
Stating the obvious but POO is probably the biggest factor and even though there wont be any production for years, its the current POO (not POO in x years time) that will determine the SP. The fall in POO was dramatic and swift and it could go up just as dramatically/swiftly.
Anyway, lets keep our fingers crossed for a seriously BIG find - without that, the rest is academic.
