I did not try to put a number on it. But there is no denying that a very large number of SHs would sell at this level. So unless FAR partakes in an appraisal well an early T/O would be in the lower ranges of the BP estimate. To get an estimate of reality we would actually need to see an offer, even if its low ball. Interesting times ahead. We all could do with a jolt.
(PS: Look at the sentiment on this forum. Every time the discussion gets around the 30 cents the thumbs up appear in large numbers)
