Well guys although I believe the 33c is far less than what the company is worth, I’ve succumbed to the offer have taken the cash.
In leaving I would like to thank the management team in not only getting an offer on the table, but more importantly that they ensured we didn’t go under during the financial crisis of 08/09, by basically putting the company in mothballs for nearly 2 years and preserving the little cash we had at the time.
To get the company back from 6c to the 33c offer (550%) was a fair effort imo. So well done to management and all SH that stuck it out.
In the end I think most of us long term holders ended up doing very well.
