    I guess that might make us feel a bit better. Shame it's not higher as that $25k is not much of a deterrent when it could represent 3 weeks pay a couple years ago! Put that to one side and then say what you like!
    I thought the deterrent would be stronger than that and $200k would be better in shareholders hands.
