    Im sorry i dont have any other information other than what Boris has posted, we are all waiting for an announcement. However what I can tell you that 25% of the the share registry voted in favour of the current management, 75% did nt vote, an overwhelming support, for those who continue to incite division are showing that they have little understanding of the resolutions that were passed at the AGM.
