The market wss not imformed and sice this was more than 5% of issued capital, either FAS or Walthamstow is in breach of the corporations ACT.
I wonder if FAS decided to sell them or whether they were sold by Walthamstow as a result of FAS defaulting, without FAS even knowing.
I'd also love to know who they were sold too. I find it strange that there was only 1 transaction, so technically we should see a new substancial shareholders notice.
Looks like a cover up and I wonder if Classic have them now or a Doucth.
