What I cant understand is how is the MC still $10m?
The problem here now is that management know that shareholders simply wont have the means to mount an action and see the individuals responsible brought to account.
When any company is being run for the benefit of a few individuals ASIC should have the power to act and prosecute. - Please note that this is a general statement and does NOT specifically relate to the FAS business or any of its directors.
