$$$$$ the shares might be issued but are they quoted? i think you will find that you need an appendix 3B for that and the shares wont be issued until 30 days after shareholders accept the offer.

plus i think you will find that pursuant to the COrps Act FAS must advise the ASX/ ASIC of each 1% increase in holdings it gets within 24hrs of acceptance. so either a whole heap of shareholders accepted today at the same or one or two majors did... was it falak? i dont think so

why would they invest a whole heap of $ only to get script in return? i think it will be quite hard to move 30m FAS shares!!
