I think you'll find that it's become unconditional, anyone who accepted the offer has already swapped script. the only ones left are the ones who are holding out for the EGM so they retain voting power and those who have assosiated their holdings with FAS. The question you need to ask yourself, is just how many are in each group and how it'll reflect in the vote next month.
