fas getting desperate, page-3

I am not a director of GWR. I hold a small interest (very small).

I do believe that there are posters here on the GWR thread associated with FAS and that they do try to mislead HC investors.

All I've provided is factual commentary around the transaction. And the ultimate fact is, the FAS offer is floundering and now they have to pay their advisors a lot of money with no result.

FAS letters so far also show a poor to nil understanding of corporate law and valuations. Either that or again, trying to mislead.

I don't think anyone is falling for it, hence I haven't felt the need to post as much. Search my past posts for my detailed thoughts on the situation. :P
