    Mr Walliska i'm not worried about the deal being unconditional. I'm just wondering the true number of this 33%. Have all 33% signed and accepted the deal or is it made up of people that converted their GWR to FAS and made up of people telling the FAS representatives on the phone that they will accept if it goes to 50% so that FAS can stop calling them?
