fas offer extended till may

The notice states they extend the t/o period to May to give gwr shareholders further time to consider the offer.

My answer to FAS is is same now as it has always been - fassoff.

Not interested, never have been, never will.

Robinson and his shady associated have effectively stuffed gwr for months. They mortgaged both their own shares and the gwr shares they held. The police are investigating them. They can go to hell.

And now there is the distict possibility of another bidder. So unless FAS can offer cold hard cash and not their confetti shares I aint interested. Of course there is nothing there because FAS have no cash to offer just debt and worthless fas shares.
