    FAS has had little to no responce for their 7 for 1 offer.

    the 25.8% "BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP" means doutch and co. are holding onto their shares and no one else has sold to FAS.

    same old hot air.

    see what FAS ann. next week brings.

    the EGM on 5th FEB. will tell how much 25% (relative interest) can do to GWR wally.
