in a strange mkt concept way it does make some corporate sense all 3 have merit , due to bad management all 3 are not going well , a merge enity with new capable management & chinese backing could ride the i/o cycle out & be in a economic & finance ability to do something with the combined asset base of all 3 ?? it is all bottom of the cycle opportunities but all 3 management need to go for starters? & new capable people & backing need to step in.IMO..always DYOR
