What do people expect FAS share price to be if the t/o is successful?
My guess would be it would stay about the same maybe lose a couple of cents s/term then head north when it gets some synergy going from the deal.
It's seems rather tricky to pull off a merger or t/o without being overly generous and causing damage to the company initiating the t/o, it's a fine line.
