FAS s/p will be just slightly under the current sp, because it has already been factored in since their offer was announced. Also, if you read their quarterly statements, you will see that they initially anticipated to announce the Kurnalpi resource by Q3 last year, which suggests they now already have that calculation. See Sagittarius' comments earlier and also the unexplained spike in buying activity in May, this is when I believe they established a resource. Withholding it in the circumstances of a planned takeover is a fully legitimate tactic. I am looking forward to the release of the bidders statement outlining the benefits to shareholders of GWR of the planned merger.
