I think that is what is so frustrating that no news from either side on the t/o. As a result investors dont know whether to buy in or sell. Take a look at the MMX proposal takover of MIS. A bidders statement is expected within a week. That is the news the market wants to hear. I wonder if FAS is prepared to release its bidders statement or is there more to the takeover, maybe IMO thats why there is little or no trading. Once the market becomes aware of the deal watch the trading activity then. Its up to GWR management to advise its shareholders of the non action on FAS's part as it should be proctecting the interest's of its shareholders and its SP. I would love to but heaps more in this company but I need the facts. DYOR and do not rely on my content for investment decsions. Cheers Agimson
