Spot on Agent 86...Something doesn't add up..Dolcevita I admire your optimism and like everyone with a vested interest hope you are correct..But I don't think you are.. Not trying to talk the SP down, why would I do that..I have a lot to lose!!!!! More than you could imagine so don't start that one with me..I have been in this since FAS listed and have no one to blame for still being here than myself!!

I too like Agent 86 have spoken with KR on numerous occasions only to come away feeling warm and mushy about the whole situation...My confidence in this whole thing is at rock bottom and talk about delays..well what about the optimistic time lines that were set..with penalties if not met!!! I would be getting a deal done post hast if I were KR..That is of course if there are "advancing discussions" taking place..

Once again this is my personal view and absolutely hope that I end up with egg on my face and a deal is done soon!!!
