Indeed he is - reckon we can see a nice run to around .30c then cash a few out and throw the rest in the draw for the next 12-18 months and let him turn the ship around - he will bring plenty to the table and plenty of good people to the Company - this niche's market is exposed now with Opes etc.. a proven track record in finacial services is certainly GOLD given the experiences of investors over the last 12 months of the credit crunch.

Can't turn it round over night but as i say take a few off the table and just let them run for a little while.
