FAS directors Pay themselves $350,000 per annum. This latest capital raising is only anticipated to raise $166,600. The only way FAS can get more money is selling assets that they swindled from other investors (remember the failed attempt to takeover GWR).
I think FAS should be honest with their potential investors and warn them that they are essentially trading insolvent!
