Very interesting for the first time ever a 3B issued without any uptick in prior trading. There has hardly been a trade for 3 days, so what is going on? Gurney is not one to hang around so why the change?

An absolute indictment on the ATeam that it only has 35m placement capacity left, which also means they have blown out the capital base by almost 25% in the last 12 months all just on working capital (and outrageous salaries). Obviously the Ateam have never undertaken Capital Management 101.

Today's placement price means that they could only raise another $100k at most under remaining capacity.

No trades, minimal placement capacity suggests to me that the last desperate roll of the dice is being readied.

Expect an announcement real soon. Surely not a rights issue? Creafin to the rescue? Better be quick!
