Imo, Asic would have done something about this years ago if they could. It will die a natural death most likely.

I am keeping my email correspondence and will send it to asic when they are dead. Although they havent supplied anything of substance yet and wont. They have poor cooperate governance imo. but we all can make up our minds on that.
