i suppose you are right. There probably will be some debt for equity swap but i am not sure if its worth it. I guess it depends what the stakeholders have in mind. I guess I figured the greed of 3b miner lender would prevent them being flexible enough and time line would be to tight to pay the rent before it was due. They better pull there finger out soon though because the clock is clicking. I guess my piece of the pie gets smaller again.
