Hi Spartz,
I concede your point that MMI is not infallible. Drilling is certainly the best tool available prior to mining. MMI, although not perfect, is a state of the art tool to generate drill targets, and best used in conjunction with other tools too. Let the acedemic debate re how it works, and why it only works some of the time rage on. Hopefully this will eventually cause a better understanding of MMI, and refine and improve it.
