    If (and it's the greatest "if" of all time) FAS were able to attract interest from a 3rd party that resembled true value of its GWR holding, then FASOs would come into play.

    On the other hand, if the GWR stake is not up for grabs, then one would wonders why they bother constantly making reference to the array of interest their receiving.
