The way I see it is that we potentially have a new major shareholder who has no options and the biggest holders of options no longer have there FAS shares so they cant vote anyway.
The company would need to sell the idea to sure up future capital as it is needed if the board can get the SP to a position where the options would actually come into the money.
PS I hold some options, but wrote them off months ago.
