Here's my take.

At the AGM, us shareholders have to approve the issue of 15 cent options to Kevs sons who work for FAS as part of the employment share issue scheme.

Now why would Kev make them 15 cent options if they were never going to realise any value. You might do that to your mother-in-law, lol but not your flesh and blood.

Bottom line is these options will either realise some value or they will be part of a future takeover offer.
