Totally.
As long as warranties are transparent, people know what they are/are not getting, I actually don't see an issue.
Although the fact there is a fan club for high mileage Teslas, like it's some kind of milestone, suggests maybe it is somewhat of an anomaly.
And they have lost 40 miles of range over that time.
Nobody blinks twice when a Toyota clicks over those miles.
