    Yep, eat plenty of nuts, butter, olive oil, fatty fish etc and be healthy and happy.

    Avoid soy, rape-seed (canola), and other solvent-extracted oils in things like margarine, biscuits, fast food, fries etc.

    Trans-fats are the biggest boogey man of the lot.

    Do some research it will curl your toes up, literally if you eat too much of them.
