Duck confit with sour cherry sauce:
Grill or barbecue on the charcoal webber a four piece can of confit chicken.
For the sauce, in a small saucepan simmer for a few minutes the following:
One 400 gm can of cherries.
1 cup water or chicken stock.
½ cup wine.
¼ cup port.
¼ to ½ teaspoon Chinese five spice.
Then thicken slightly with corn flour.
