I'm well aware of what the costs include, more than you.

The costs due before 31 December 2019 would be costs in relation to 3 or possibly 4 batches for construction costs, and the cost of 1 launch and other costs to D-orbit etc. The payments for construction with gomspace are staged and most likely paid on a % of completion method, so 30% deposit x months out from the date of the deliverable, 50% y months out and 20% on date of completion - something similar I would bet. The 100m yes would be likely for the full 200 constellation. Interestingly this 100m is likely going to be more like 150million as they have only included launch costs for just 1 launch in those numbers, they did not include launch 2, 3 or 4.

Fact is you were caught out in a lie saying that SAS have got plenty of back up options and that the launch cost is not 10-12m usd.

    here are the facts

    1) Virgin is currently the only launch provider with a binding agreement with SAS
    2) the fee for 1 launch is 10-12m usd from what Virgin has said.
