So that gives me the same amount of shares I originally had and actually a little more because sold higher than I received them for.
And that also gives me 2.5 million options.
That will cost me $125,000 if I execute them befor the 3 year period.

Now I’m a believer in this stock alto there are risks i made my peace in which ever way it goes and will hold on.
This lot of raising was the hardest sas will have to do and now we have the money to build and have enough money for operational cost for 12 months or so I’m at ease and very happy.

Now why this was a gift to participate for me.

From 3.6 million shares were 50c would of gave me $1.8 million profit
Now I’ll have 6.1 million shares with no extra cast I had to outlay so at.
31.5 c after I pay for the options I’ll have the same money profit I would of had at 50c.
So you can see this was a gift for a long term holder who believes in sas.

So the 50c part will be huge if we can get to it but let’s just see were the wind blows us over the next year.

So, does that mean we will be having a 31.5c party. instead of the 50c party?
