Most kids don't know one day to the next, so tracing their movements in hindsight is a hard ask, especially when they are also prone to concealing truth incase it gets them into trouble.
As usual though the shutdown is a claytons event, with vast numbers going to work. Yesterday the boaties were out in force, even though the rules say different. There does seem to be ubiquitous agreement with wearing masks, which is a good thing if only for awareness.
