Well Lordy is plain wrong, on that one - the market will decide but a $1 S/P is not out of the question, given it's is a short-term development with the likelihood that the majority of net profit will flowing straight into the Dorado development. Meaning - less debt and/or CR required for Dorado.

If the cards fall right - AC & his gang might just pull off a massive coup of brilliant management.
