I don't know much about the process here - does PAB apply to the FDA for Fast Track Designation? What are the criteria?
I'm thinking that the excellent safety profile demonstrated so far plus Stable Disease achieved in 4 patients (Maybe 5?)
could reward PAB with this designation, just as Onyx did.
Thoughts? Fast Track following the publication of Final Cohort?
