Agree, the NEU rocket took off following those early Fragile X results - it 3/4 bagged in next to no time.
I believe the PAB 1/2 trial has demonstrated even more convincing results in an disease where all known treatments are no longer effective. PAB could apply for Fast Track now imo and perhaps are already waiting a response from the FDA. See below for timeframe - the FDA is pretty swift acting when they see a clear unmet need potentially being filled.
