But history was missing one thing ....the detailed engineering plans to actually be able to build a plant and that does add to the potential moment of engaging a partner in a position of strength.
Now with Yes bank helping put together India's strategy I believe we are much closer to commercialisation than e ver before and that is what counts now.
Just my well read opinion.
