Agreed Sideways, FWIW one of YES banks divisions is 'SIGA' Strategic Initiatives and Government Advisory....something tells me that they advise to the government
NLC are the government owned power company....as you said and I agree...a feasibility study stamped by YES bank would hold significant merit...after all they are involved in government advisory.
