What is missed by the "experts" is that there are no instiutions on the share registrar nor any brokerage has made a comment to date.
It would only take an institution, no matter how big or small, to switch a small portion of Minara holding into Heron as a "hedge" against Minara and then watch the share price of Heron fly through 45cents!
Based on the the share register in last years annual report, there are no more than 10 (less if you do not double or quadriple count) that have at least 1m shares, and no more than 20 that have more than 500,000 shares.
The ones that have 1m or more shares perhaps only one or two would be willing sellers at anything below a dollar.
The moral of the story is that there may only be 10, 20 or 30 million shares that would be readily tradeable.
If demand increases so would the price increase exponentially.
