Fast way to peel an egg, page-9

I find it the easiest to roll it around gently until the entire shell is smashed and the membrane inside the shell separates from the egg. then you can split the membrane and the shell comes off pretty easily.
More you roll it the easier it is. The quick roll in the video does not work in Australia... lol
It doesn't always work as easily as the video, usually it comes off in a few large chunks but it is a lot quicker than picking the shell off piece by piece and then removing the membrane.
Essentially what you are trying to do is release the membrane from the body of the egg.
