As an original Angel investor since 2005 ... I am not concerned that they raised via instos only ... 48 hours to get $16 million rather than 6 weeks it took via last SPP and only had 80% subscribe at 4.5c raising $4 million.... that is a great CEO effort... well done Mike Pivac
Hey 2 months ago we all had opportunity to buy from 2.2c or 4.6c just before announcing commercial lay speed in June
Even today you could have bought at 6.5c just at half the discount instos got for throwing in $16 million...
This CR has been expected by the market and has been discussed on HC since the display build with many predictions for it to be at sub 4c ...
As a top 15 shareholder I am happy with the CR ... but not as happy as I will be when a JV is announced for Europe USA and KSA ... then we'll all say.... what dilution
