It has already touched the bottom....i.e 2c mark (Last Week). By monday it will be heading north....any ann on FP#1 and here we go for a flight level 10c or more. so jump onboard!! Flight VIL is ready for take off!!! Days are not far away when VIL will be smoothly sailling at 20c level.
Because:-
