    Even after disregarding that point, those numbers IMO are still overstated. I remember back in 2012 they forecasted WA growth would be around 2.5% pa through to 2036 or whatever. At the time i said bs...after all the projects were completed in WA, growth was likely to return to long term ave of around 1 to 1.5%. I was laughed at, at the time.. it turns out I was too optimistic...its currently less than 1%.
