Looking at todays auction results, many are going to need more than a seat belt to survive this downturn in property values, yet the correction snowball has barely started rolling down the great reset hill.
In a nearby suburb to where I live, 14 auctions were held today, in which nine properties were passed in, with five registering ''price withheld'' One can safely assume ''the low price the property was sold for was withheld''
I know a dozen or so of ''I want to be a home owner citizens'' they are all smiling.
